Luxury Student Services Ltd, work seamlessly to bring to you, the best and most
smoothest, comfortable transferable service from using our meet & greet service
 to driving you to your homestay residence, campus, hotel etc, ready for you to
start your new adventure in beautiful Vancouver. We are dedicated to being
flexible with any changes, preferences, keeping our clients up to date with our
services, so with our scope of services, we bring to you our Terms and
Conditions as listed below

1. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made and services offered
through luxury student pickup services Ltd website and bookings made by
telephone, email or any other form of communication channel.

2. Pre-booking your students is essential. This should be done online no later than
72 hours prior to travel. If you wish to book a service, within 24 hours, then you
must call the office on 604 250 5969 to check for availability.

3. Cancellations or changes are accepted subject to availability and if made outside
of 48 hours prior to the pickup time, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the collection time, no refunds will be
given. Bookings can be changed to an open-dated ticket, valid for 12 months
from date of change and will not incur the cancellation fee.

4. Prices are subject to change at any time due to current exchange rates, tariffs,
fuel surcharges enforced by the Passenger Transportation Board. Prices can be
changed due to correction of errors.

5. Luxury Student Pickup Services Ltd under no circumstances will be liable or held
responsible for any loss, damage, expense to personal belongings not in luxury
pickup service’s possession. If left unattended or/ are in the custody, possession
of the owner, responsibility is with the owner’s personal belongings.
